YBRD Mobile is highly secure through different security measures that protect your personal data. By sending authentication code, active code and PIN code in order to login, But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security

Security Tips

The following are security tips for logging in to YBRD Mobile via your mobile phone device:

• Do not save your PIN Code on your mobile phone device
• Avoid sharing your mobile phone device with others and only use your own device to log on
• Do not leave your mobile phone unattended after logging on to YBRD Mobile. Always log out properly when you have finished your session
• Preferably, set up auto-lock and enable pass code lock to prevent unauthorized access to your mobile phone device
• When using a WiFi connection, only use trusted WiFi networks or service providers and enable the security protection such as WiFi Protected Access (WPA), if possible
• Don't use any jail-broken iPhone/ iPad, which may have security loopholes, to log in to YBRD Mobile
• Don't install applications from suspicious sources on your mobile phone devices

Charges

You can download YBRD Mobile application from your mobile application store, which is free of charge. However you may incur charges depending on the service plan you have with your mobile service provider. For details and clarification, please contact your service provider.
